• All rates are including Buffet Breakfast per room per night (Single or Double occupancy).
• All rates are nett in Thai Baht per room per night including service charge, government tax.
• Minimum stay 4 nights is required for guest arriving from 28 Dec '2011 - 02 Jan '2012.
• Extra person supplements are also net per person per night including breakfast with a maximum 1 extra bed (Day Bed).
• A maximum 2 adults and 2 children or max 3 adults in a room.
• Infant cots shall be supplied free of charge and must be requested at time of reservation.
• Check in 2:00 p.m. and check out 12:00 noon.
• Pre booked day use until 6:00 p.m. will be charged at 50% of rate and 100% after 6:00 p.m.
• Extra person Adult @ 2,100 THB include ABF. And Child (2-12 yrs) @ 325 THB including ABF (Max 2 children).
• Speed Boat Transfer -  Special rates : Reservation must be made minimum 7 days in advance, or normal fare will be applied. The scheduled are subject to change without prior notice depending on weather conditions, or transfer will be done by local Ferry/Catamaran And Santhiya land transfer in Koh Phangan.

• Honeymooners: Floral honeymoon bed decoration, fruit plate, and guaranteed King bed.
• Birthday/Anniversary Experience: Anywhere in hotel receive Food & Beverage 50% discount on that day for two.
• Meal rate in Thai Baht : The lunch and dinner rates are applicable for either a 3 course set menu or buffet at the designated restaurant. Below meal supplements are inclusive of 17.7% service charge and government tax and exclude beverages unless specified.

  • Cancellation and No show Policy:
    * All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within the below the period mention, prior to arrival date.  Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate per room.

  • If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).

  • For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of payment through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.

  • No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to arrive).

  • Full prepayment. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
