Check in time is 14:00 Hrs.
and check out time is 12:00 Hrs. (noon). We will do its best to
have room available for early arrival but not guaranteed. Late
check out or day use requests is subject to room availability at
that time and extra charge of 50% of rates will be imposed for
room occupied until 18:00 Hrs. A full night rate will apply for
use of room after 18:00 Hrs. In case guests requested themselves
at the Hotel, a Hotel rate will apply and settled directly with
the Hotel.
Cancellation and No show Policy: - All cancellation
or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with
our acknowledgement within
- 50 days prior to arrival date for Peak Season.
Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge full prepayment room
rate per room.
- 25 days prior to arrival date for other period. Otherwise, we
reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate per room.
- If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date
specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee
of up to 1,000 Baht.
- For any Cancellation / Amendment, 3.5% service fee charged is
non-refundable in all cases. No Show: Full Charge
Full prepayment
within 35 days prior to arrival date. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service
charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking
is confirmed.
