 - All rates are quoted in Thai Baht inclusive of ABF, service charge, government and provincial taxes.
 - All rates are per room per night for single, twin or double occupancy.

Meal Plan:
 Infant      Age 1 - 3 years:      F.O.C.
 Child       Age 4 - 12 years:    50% from adult rates
 Adult       Age 13 years:         To be paid in full rates
Family Plan: (Valid from 01 Nov 10 - 31 Oct 12)
 - No charge will apply for children of 12 years or under, sharing parent's room utilizing existing bedding. (maximum one (1) children per room).
 - Breakfast and others meals for children between 4 - 12 years will be entitled to 50% discount.
 - Maximum 3 adults sharing same room with one Extra Bed, (Extra Bed will be charged as per rate)
 - Maximum 2 children sharing room with 2 adults (An Extra Bed for child is the same price as adult)
 - A baby cot is available with free of charge for infant under 3 years old.
Check-In / Check-Out:
 - Such rooms confirmed shall be made available for occupancy after 2.00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
 - Check out time is 12.00 noon. Rooms used from 2.00 p.m. to 6.00 p.m. on the day of departure will be charged at 50% of the rate.
 - Rooms occupied beyond 6.00 p.m. will be charged at the full rate.
Cancellation and No show Policy:
 - All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within
     - 35 days prior to arrival date for High Season. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least 50% of total room rate per room.
     - 50 days prior to arrival date for Peak Season. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge full prepayment room rate per room.
     - 25 days prior to arrival date for Green Season. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate per room.
 - If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
 - For any Cancellation / Amendment, 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.
No Show and Early Check Out: Full Charge
 - Full prepayment within 35 days prior to arrival date. Visa/Master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge.
