Cancellation/Amendment
Policies:
Early Bird 14 : Cancellation
before 7 days arrival : Cancellations within 7 days will incur a 1 night
penalty charge.
Early Bird 28 : Standard
cancellation and payment policies still apply.
All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or
email with our acknowledgement within 30 days prior to arrival
date. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least
one-night room rate.
No show:
total payment will be charged
Full Prepayment within 30 days prior to arrival date. Visa/master Card
is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card
guarantee or cash deposit, No booking is confirmed.
