| Only a few kms from the hotel, it stands by the sea and was built by King Rama as a summer palace for Queen Rambai Barni. The royal mansion was completed in 1933. In the beautiful garden you can find stone sculptures from Bali, sundials, lamps and decorative rocks. | |||||||||||

| Journey west of Hua Hin , through pineapple plantations, towards the mountainous Burmese border. Continue with a trek through unspoiled butterfly filled rain Forest, up to the 3rd level of 11 levels. Here you can swim in a small lagoon with wild crab fish and experience the beautiful waterfalls and jungle surroundings where wild monkeys and birds can be heard and sometimes spotted. | |||||||||||

| Sam Roi Yod is 58 kms South of Hua Hin. It occupies an area of 25 acres and was designated as a national park in 1966. The park is near the sea shore in the Prachuap Khiri Khan province. The highlight is a visit to the beautiful Phraya Nakhon cave. this cave was a former resting and meeting point for King Rama. Several Kings after King Rama also used the cave for the same purpose. This cave is accessible by climbing the mountain (430 meters high). | |||||||||||

| This is the largest national park in Thailand. It extends along the Myanmar border and is located in the upper reaches of the Phetchaburi river, only 70 kms From Hua Hin. It has many species of wildlife including elephant , tiger, clouded leopard, Malayan sun bear and Asiatic black bear, barking deer and lesser mouse deer, tapir, the armoured Malayan pangolin, and several other species. | |||||||||||

| King Rama had this summer retreat built as a royal summer residence. the wooden palace was used as such throughout the 1920's. Located between Hua Hin and Cha Am on the current grounds of the Border Patrol Police Headquarters. | |||||||||||

| Visitors interested in Thai history and culture will be fascinated by Phetchaburi. This old town has a number of superb temples dating from the late Ayutthaya period, as well as several other important sights such as Khao Luang Cave and Phra Nakorn Khiri, the 19th century hilltop palace of King Mongkut. The latter accessible by a cable railway, comprises an intriguing collection of regal apartments which, together with a museum, provides an insight into the culture of the period. | |||||||||||
