- Transfer rate between hotel and Chiangmai International Airport charge at baht 200 net per person per way for join van and baht 600 net per car per way by hotel shuttle van.

- Check in time is 14:00 hrs.

- Check out time is 12:00 noon. Room used from 12.00 p.m. to 6.00 p.m. on the day of departure will be charged 50% of the rate. Room occupied beyound 6.00 p.m. will be charged at the full rate.

- Full prepayment. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service fee. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
