- Hotel to / from Downtown 1,000 Baht (Car or Van) (drop off/pick up/way).

- Adult age start from 12 years old. Extra bed is only applicable for Double Room.

- Child under 12 years sharing room with parents without extra bed is free of charge, supplement charge of breakfast for child at 50% discount. Extra bed fee for child under 12 years old charge at 500 THB per bed/per child (Inclusive of Breakfast).

Check-in / Check out:

- Check in time is at 14.00 hrs and Check out time is at 12.00 hrs noon. Late check out day use12.00 noon - 18.00 hrs. will be charged at 50% of the room rate. One night charge will be applied on the late check out after 18.00 hrs.

- Full prepayment. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service fee. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
