Check out time is 12.00 noon, room used from 12.00 to 6.00 p.m. on the day of departure will be charged at 50% of the room, room occupied beyond 6.00 p.m. will be charged 1 night.

Cancellation Policy : must inform us in written notice within 30 days for peak season, 20 days high season and 15 days for green season. Otherwise, 50% of total payment will be charged. No show and any cancellation within 2 days (48 hours), total payment will be charged.

Reservation Policy: full prepayment within 30 days prior to arrival date. Deposit is requires within 3 days after booking date. Visa/master card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge.
