Check-in time
is between 2 pm (14:00) and 11 pm (23:00) on the date of arrival and the
check-out time is 12 pm (12:00) on the date of departure. Unless
specified otherwise, early check-in or late check-out is subject to
availability and a fee, payable to the Hotel directly.
Cancellation and No show Policy:
- All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email
to us with our acknowledgement more than

reserve a right to charge at least 20% of the total room rate per room.

- If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date
specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up
to 1,000 Baht.
- For any Cancellation / Amendment, 3.5% service fee charged is
non-refundable in all cases. No Show & Early Departure: Full Charge
Full prepayment within 35 days prior to arrival date. Visa/master Card
is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash
deposit, no booking is confirmed.
