• Cancellation and No show Policy:
    All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within
      - 45 days prior to arrival date for Peak Season (21 Dec 09 - 10 Jan 10). Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge full prepayment room rate per room.
      - 30 days prior to arrival date for High Season (01 Dec 09 - 19 Dec 09 & 11 Jan 10 - 31 Mar 10). Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge 50% of the total room rate per room.
      - 20 days prior to arrival date for Low Season (01 Apr 10 - 31 Oct 10). Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge one night room rate per room.

• No Show Policy: Full charge

• Check In/Check Out Time:
    - Check-in time is subject to room availability.
    - Check out time is 12.00 hours (noon).
    - Late check out will be charged at 50% of room rate but subject to room availability.

• Early Check Out: Full charge

• Full Prepayment within 30 days prior to arrival date. Payment by visa/master card is accepted with 3.5% service charge.
