• Reservation Policy:
  - Credit card or cash prepayment within 10 days prior to arrival date.  Without payment, no booking is confirmed.
• Cancellation Policy :
  - Cancellation must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within 10 days prior to arrival date. No Show will be 100% charged without refund.
• Payment policy: within 10 days prior to arrival date. Visa/master card is accepted plus 3.5% charges.
