	Honeymoon Suite This is our Signature Suite. It comes with a round bed facing the pool and sea with a total of 48 sq. m. in area including balcony.
	Studio Suite Ideal for families which comprises of 3 inter-connecting rooms including 1 kingsize bedroom, 1 living room and 1 twin bedroom with a total of 133 sq. m. including balconies with both garden view & sea view.
	Sokha Suite Comprises of 2 bedrooms(1 king-size bed & 1 twin bed), 1 living room and 1 dinning room with built-in kitchenette facing directly to the sea front, garden & pool.
	Presidential Suite Exclusively one of its kind in the Resort comprising 2 bedrooms with an attached lounge area, 1 dinning room, 1 build-in kitchenette, 1 living room and 1 hallway. Beside, both bathrooms feature Steam Bath & Jacuzzi. In total 308 sq. m. in areas offering garden, seafront & pool views.
	Superior Garden View Rooms The Superior Garden View rooms overlook our manicured landscaped garden with a 44 sq. m. area including balcony. Deluxe Sea View Rooms The Deluxe Sea View rooms overlook our expansive landscape pool and onwards view to the sea with a 44 sq. m. area including balcony.

Sea side Al Fresco terrace featuring fine dinning seafood cuisine.

Lunch from 11 am to 2:30 pm

Sokha Wine & Karaoke Bar
A delightful casual yet warm setting karaoke lounge with a wide selection of international beverages.

Pool Bar
Offering that thirst quenching delightful drinks by the pool alongside all day snacks menu ranging from burgers to sandwiches.

Lobby Bar
A picturesque venue, centrally located where refreshing cocktails awash with the cool sea breezes and the sway of palms leaves offering live in house band performance from Tuesday to Sunday from 6:30 pm to 10:30 pm.

Beach Front Kiosk
A total of 4 beach kiosks located along the beachfront offering old time favorites drinks & light snacks for beach goers.

	Rates contained herein are confidential and to be sold as a component in both your FIT Packages and GIT programs featured in Tour Operators brochures.
	Rates are not to be sold directly in the internet or published directly in any form of operator's brochures or collaterals. The management reserves the right to revoke and dishonour the rates should this clause is not adhered to.
	Rates for conferences, incentives, travels, trade-shows related businesses and meetings are available on request.
	Contracted rates are applicable for bookings made directly with the resort or through the Phnom Pench Sales Offices.
	Complimentary accommodation will be provided for a maximum of 2 children less than 12 years of age sharing the same room with their parents on the existing bed.

Cancellation:

	Cancellation must be made before 17 days prior to arrival date, otherwise the first night rate of the period will be charged.
	In case of no show, the first night rate of the period will be charged.

Reservation Policy:

Full prepayment within 15 days prior to arrival date.

Visa/master Card is accepted plus 4% bank charge.
