Remarks:

• The above rates are in THB and are inclusive of 10% service charge and prevailing VAT.
• Rates are based on per room. per night with daily breakfast
• Family Policy :
  Complimentary for one child under the age of 12 years when sharing the existing room. We provide 50% discount in meal plan for children below 5 years
• Period of Occupancy :
  Confirmed rooms will usually be available for occupancy after 2 p.m. on the day of arrival. Check-out time is 12:00 noon.
• Cancellation and No show Policy :
  All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email with our acknowledgement within 15 days prior to arrival date.  Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate.
  No show: total payment will be charged.
• Payment Policy :
  Full prepayment . Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
