Prasat Ban Ben is located at Ban Nong Om, Tambon Nong Om, King Amphoe Thung Si Udom, about 63 kilometres from the town. It is a small Khmer sanctuary, which comprises of three brick stupas on laterite bases built separately. During the excavation by the Fine Arts Department, two pieces of lintel depicting the nine gods of directions and the God Indra on his Erawan carrier were found. Acdording to its architectural design and the sculptures shown, this structure is assumed to have been established some time during the end of the 15th Buddhist century and the beginning of the 16th Buddhist century.
