About 86 kms. from town, are located in Tambon Pak Chan at kms. 525 – 526 which marks the connected land between Ranong and Chumphon provinces. During the royal visit on April 21, 1890 by King Rama V, who traveled with a procwssion of elephants and horses from Chumphon, his initials “Jor Por Ror” were inscribed on the rock. In 1959, King Rama IX and Queen Sirikit visited their subjects on March 7 and their inititials “Phor Por Ror” and “Sor Kor” were carved on the rock as well.
