Occupies the total area of 315 sq. kms. from Amphoe Muang, Amphoe Kapoe in Ranong province to Amphoe Khura Buri in Phangnga province, insluding the islands in Andaman Sea; Ko Kang Kao and Mu Ko Kam. The park office is situated on Hat Bang Ben, Mu 4, Tambon Muang Klang. From town, it can be reached by traveling along the Highway No. 4 (Ranong – Phangnga) for 45 kms. and then taking a right turn to the laterite road at km. 657 for another 10 kms. At this national park, there two seasons. The rainy season starts from May to November. The summer season beings in December and lasts until April.
