Zazen Boutigue Resort & Spa - Koh Samui : Zazen Bungalows is a charming small hotel that has existed for more than 25 years. It was founded by mister Wa Fathaveeporn who is now 73 years old. Born in Hainan (China) he lived all his life in Koh Samui with his wife Mrs Somboun Suksom who was a local girl from Koh Samui. Mister Wa used to go fishing with his sons while his wife stayed at home to educate their nine children.

Zazen draws inspiration from the Japanese word meaning “to find inner peace,” and the resort in Samui is dedicated to guiding its guests on a journey of calm, pleasure and the satisfaction of reconnection to the self.

The history of this charming Samui resort is one of family, friendship, and care, creating a resort, restaurant and spa of unique design and close personal intimacy.
