Zara Beach resort, "glorious dawn" in ancient language, is a small luxury resort with 12 plunge pool villas, a main pool, restaurant and a spa on the Northern end of Lamai beach. 1. The above rates are in Thai Baht, per room, per night, inclusive of Breakfast.

2. During Peak Season 21 Dec - 10 Jan, a minimum stay 3 nights per room booking is required.

3. Family Policy:

* A child (0-11 yrs) can stay free of charge if sharing the parent's bed, base on room only. Breakfast will be charge extra at 200 THB include tax and service charge.

* Infant 0-2 years breakfast are free of charge.

* Maximum 1 child (0-11 Years old) sharing with their parents are allowed in the villas type only. Double Pool Villa Is Maximum at 2 children.

* Child 12 years old and above the extra bed will be charged @ 1,200 THB net inclusive breakfast. Maximum 1extra bed per villa . Double Pool Villa Is Maximum at 2 extra bed.

4. Breakfast for extra person is 250 Baht inclusive tax and service charge.

5. Check in time is 14:00 hours.

6. Check out time is 12 Noon on the day of departure. Late check out is subject to availability on the day of check out and the following charged may be applied - prior to 18:00 hours - 50% room rates and thereafter a full nightly charge.

7. Unused room nights are not refundable for early departure unless notice is given to the resort at least 72 hours prior to arrival.

8. We reserve the right to change these prices, product details, all terms and conditions at anytime without prior notice.
