Tup Kaek Sunset Beach Resort & Spa is located along Tab Kaek Beach in Krabi, about 14 km from Phra Nang Cave. The resort is approximately 26 km from Krabi Airport. 6. Net meals: Per person (Child under 12 years old will be charged 50%) American Breakfast: 500.THB / Set Lunch: 650.THB / Set Dinner: 800.THB.

7. Compulsory Gala Dinner: New Year’s Eve. On 31 Dec 17 @ 4600.THB for Adult and @ 2300.THB for Child.

9. Period of occupancy:

• Rooms will normally be available for occupancy after 2 p.m. on the day of arrival. Check out time is 12:00 noon. Room used between 12:00 noon and 6:00 p.m. will charge at 50% of contract rate. Room used beyond 6:00 p.m. will be charge at the full contract rates. In addition, rooms for day-use up to space available.

• Remark: Period 20 Dec – 31 Mar (yearly) room uses between 12:00 noon and 06:00 p.m. will be charged at the full contract rate.

Early check out after 12 at noon will be charge at the full contract rates.

10. No show - 1 night automatically charge for low season and Full period charge for high & peak season.
