1. Room rates inclusive of ABF for 2 person but family villa for 4 persons.
2. Full Moon Minimum For 3 Stay nights****, New Year Eve for 5 nights stay., Christmas Eve for 3 nights stay.
3. Check-in time is 14.00 hrs Check -out time is 12.00 noon on the day of departure. Late check out is subjected to availability and will be charged at 50% room rate if check-out prior to 6.00 pm. And at full rate after 6.00 pm.
4. No extra charge for child under 12 years old sharing the same room as their parents (maximum of 1 child per room) without extra bed. And are only charged 125 baht per night for breakfast. Baby cots free.
5. Premature Check-out before the duration of the reserved dates will result in a 100 % charge.
6. Transportation:
* Free transfer service from Thong Sala pier to the resort for bookings of 3 nights or more. Otherwise 100 baht per person.
* Full Moon Party Taxi Service - 300 Baht per person (Round Trip) with taxis available at 20.00 and 22.00. 03.00, 04.00, 05.00, 06.00.
7. The above rate include round trip transfer from Thongsala pier - Tharathip Resort.

9. Full prepayment. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
10. Additional guests are charged at 250 baht per person per night for breakfast.
11. There is a safe available in reception. 1,000 bath safe key deposit required.
