1. Rates are quoted in Thai Baht on per room per night basis for single or double occupancy (except Beach Front Quadruple Room), inclusive of breakfast.

2. Child up to 9 years old is allowed to share bed with his/her parents (without extra bed) in all room types - except Beach Front Quadruple Room. Breakfast is free of charge for child up to 3 years old; compulsory Breakfast for child from 4 - 9 years old - 200 Baht/Day.

3.  An extra bed is available in all room types (except Beach Front Quadruple Room) with an additional charge as mentioned .

4. Maximum occupancy:

 - Garden View Room, Lagoon View Room, Chino Poolside Room, Poolside Room and Beach Front Double Room: 2 adults + 1 child sharing the existing bed. An extra bed (inc. breakfast) is available for 1 additional adult/child

 - Beach Front Quadruple Room: 4 adults + 1 child sharing the existing beds. An extra bed (inc. breakfast) is available for 1 additional adult/child

5. Bedding Configuration:

 - Garden View Room, Lagoon View Room, Poolside Room and Beach Front Double Room - only a King Size bed is available (Twin with 2 Single Beds is not available)

 - Chinos Poolside Room - Double (a King Size Bed) or Twin (2 Single Beds) - Bedding Preference cannot be guarantee and is subject to availability on check-in

 - Beach Front Quadruple Room comes with 4 Single Beds

6. Land Transfer Services (By Private Car)

 - Phuket International/Domestic Airport  Chalong Pier: One-way for 1-2 passenger's) is THB 1,000; 3-4 passengers is THB 1,200; 5-6 passengers is THB 1,500; and 7-9 passengers is THB 2,000

- These rates are Net (and in Thai Baht; inclusive of applicable taxes and service charges

7. Rates quoted above are Net (non-commissionable) on per room per night basis, inclusive of Breakfast, Taxes &
Service charge. Scheduled Speedboat Transfer between Chalong Pier (Phuket) and Racha Island is
complimentary (Refer to Page 4 ‘Transfers : Chalong Pier (Phuket)  Racha Island’ for more information and
Terms and Conditions).
Child Policy: Child up to 9 years-old is allowed to share the existing bed with his/her parents (without extra bed)

complimentary as per timetable specific below (Land transfer
to/from Chalong Pier is available with an additional fee).
Scheduled Speedboat Transfers for child sharing the existing
bed is not complimentary (Extra fee for Single Transfer THB
550 and Return Transfers THB 1,000 per child 4-9 years-old
is payable directly to The Hotel; free of charge for maximum1
infant 0-3 years-old per adult)
 Departure from Chalong Pier (Phuket) to Racha Island at
09:00 (9am)* and 14:30 (2:30pm)*
 Departure from Racha Island to Chalong Pier at 11:00
(11am)* and 15:30 (3:30pm)*

8. Check In/Out Time:

 - Check-in time is between 2 pm (14:00) and 6 pm (18:00) on the date of arrival and the check-out time is 12 pm (12:00) on the date of departure. Unless specified otherwise, early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and a fee, payable to the Hotel directly.

9. Meal Rates:

 Breakfast  THB 400

 Dinner      THB 850

These rates are in Thai Baht inclusive of applicable taxes and service charges.

10. Compulsory Gala Dinner on 31st December 2015 - 4,000 Baht per adult, 2,000 Baht per child up to 9 years old.

11. Minimum stay of 2 nights on 24-26 December 2015, 6-10 Jan 16 and on 3-13 Feb 2016. Minimum stay of 3 nights on 27 Dec 2015 - 05 Jan 2016
