PP Palm Tree is a very new resort located at the heart of Phi Phi Island, behind Phi Phi Banyan Villa, one of our group resorts. With over 40 rooms with 2 major room types i.e. Pool access and not Poolaccess.

PP Palm Tree is suitable for all visitors: young couple and family with children. Unlike one of our sister resort, PP Casita which is not suitable for children. Children under 10 years of age are not allowed for any booking of Pool Access rooms.

PP Palmtree Resort has been designed on three floors for maximum elegance and comfort to make your stay on Phi Phi both relaxing and happy. PP Palm Tree is a very new resort located at the heart of Phi Phi, behind Phi Phi Banyan Villa, one of our group resort 5-minute walk from Tonsai Pier and near Tony restaurant. With over 40 rooms with 3 major room types i.e. Pool access Deluxe room, and Suite Room. Each room is suitable for 2 persons only extra bed is not available for third person.

Our properties offering warm lighting and spacious interiors, the air- con, a flat-screen satellite TV, a safety deposit box, tea/coffee maker and hot/cold water.

Deluxe room is on the 2nd and the 3rd floor while Pool access is on ground floor.

Since some corner rooms cannot be accessed to the pool, we'd rather classify them as deluxe as well.

All decorations in the rooms are the same.

For the required period, a room is not available.

Extra bed and Baby Cot are unavailable.

Each unit is applied for 1 person stay (Single) or 2 persons stay (Twin or double) only.

Child Policy:
-No charge for child under 10 years of age sharing existing bed with adults (maximum 1 child per room)
-No charge for Breakfast for children under 5 years of age
-For children aged 5 - 9 years, compulsory American Breakfast charge of 120 Baht per child is applicable

Children under 10 years of age are not allowed at the Pool Access rooms.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas.
Guest who violates the rule will be no longer allowed to stay at the hotel and there shall be no refund. If the smoke alarm goes on, 10,000 Baht fine is charged to the violator.

Ferry from Klongjirat Pier (Krabi Town) to Tonsai Pier (Phi Phi) : 9.00 / 10.30 / 13.30 / 15.00 hrs.
Ferry from Nopparat Thara Pier (Ao Nang) to Tonsai Pier (Phi Phi) : 9.30 hrs (1 time only)
Ferry from Tonsai Pier (Phi Phi) to Klongjirat Pier (Krabi Town) : 9.00 / 10.30 / 13.30 / 15.30 hrs.
Ferry from Tonsai Pier (Phi Phi) to Nopparat Thara Pier (Ao Nang) : 15.30 hrs (1 time only).

The only major downfall to my stay was the bedbugs in my room. Other than that everything was great and the staff were extremely polite, helpful, and kind.

This hotel was good value for money. The rooms were nice, good size, clean. The pool was a nice size considering the size of the hotel and also clean.

The rooms look newly conditioned and the hotel pool is very nice and clean. Service staff are not so freiendly and don't seems to understand english.

The hotel is located several minutes walking distance from the pier but it is situated close to all the shops and all the night life.
