Mom Tri’s Villa Royale is a boutique hotel situated on a headland overlooking the Andaman Sea and the white sand beach of Kata Noi. Rooms consists of Modern Thai décor and wooden flooring feature throughout the elegant suites at Mom Tri’s Royale Villa. Each villa has a private balcony and seating area with a 32-inch flat-screen TV.

Mom Tri’s Villa Royale is 16 km from the lively Phuket Town and a 45-minute drive from Phuket International Airport. There are 12 types of suites to choose from, including a private pool suite or suites in the new and secluded Ocean Wing, landscaped into the rocks, overlooking the sea, is a lovely saltwater swimming pool; also there are 2 fresh water swimming pools.

2. Ocean Wing Suite, Ocean Wing Bordeaux Children under 12 years old are NOT permitted.

3. Our contract rates are net per room / per night, for single or double occupancyand are inclusive of American breakfast.

4. Extra Bed (ABF Included) : 2,200 Baht per adult or CHILD over 12 years / 1,600 Baht per CHILD below 12 years.

5. Baby cots are free of charge.

6. Meal Rates (Villa Royale breakfast is included in above room rates.)

* Set Lunch Baht 1,200 net

* Set Dinner Baht 1,800 net

7. Thai cooking workshop : on the 11th and 24th of every month at 9:00 hrs @ 2,700 Baht net.

8. Transfer Rates ( Airport – Villa Royale - Airport ) :

* Transfer by limousine per way / per car Baht 1,500 net.

* Transfer by van per way / per van Baht 2,500 net.

9. Child Policy :

* There is no charge for children under 12 years sharing the existing accommodation with parents ( twinor triple ) without extra bed, but 50% of American breakfast will be charged.

* Any extra bed required ( maximum one per room ) will be charged for at contract rate.

* Baby cots for children below 4 years maximum are free of charge.

* A 50% discount is granted on our regular menu ( food only ) for children below 12 years.
