Malisa Villas is comprised of 41 private pool villas split into three categories based on size: Pool Villa, Grand Pool Villa and a Family Pool Villa.

All villas have beautiful landscaping and plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the tropical environment. Every Malisa guest is served a delicious in-villa breakfast daily. All of the villas are complete with a daily-replenished mini bar, bathroom amenities, complimentary Wi-Fi Internet access and a Mac Mini to keep you connected and entertained if you so wish. Villas are offer a flat-screen TV a DVD player, a safe, tea/coffee making facilities, private pool, Jacuzzi, patio and sundeck, open-air kitchen, dining and lounge.

At Malisa Villa Suites we are delighted to offer guests the following additional facilities to help entertain you and make your stay more convenient and pleasurable. Our facilities included restaurant, spa, fitness room, library, excursion information and bookings. etc.

1. All rates are nett in Thai Baht per villa per night including Breakfast.

2. Rates listed are for single or double occupancy per villa per night with a maximum 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults in a villa, except the Family Pool Villa with a maximum 4 adults and 2 children or 6 adults in a villa.

3. Third person supplements are also nett per person per night with a maximum of one extra bed per villa.

4. Children over 12 years will be charged at adult rates. 50% discount for child 4-12 years and free of charge for child lower 4 years.

5. Only double bed is available for all room types.

6. Complimentary daily in-villa service breakfast for a maximum of 2 people per villa per day.

7. Complimentary minibar with daily replenishment and Wi-Fi Internet and free rental of laptop and Macmini.

8. Infants cot shall be supplied free of charge and must be requested at the time of reservation.

9. Children who stay in all villas will be entirely responsible by parent/family.

10. Day-use until 6.00 pm will be charged at 50% of the contracted rate and 100% after 6.00 p.m. (subject to

space availability).

11. Meal Rate :

- Lunch : Adult 900/Child 450

- Dinner : Adult 1,100/Child 550
- BBQ in Villa : Upon request

12. Check-in: 2.00 pm (1400 hours) & Check-out: 12 noon (1200 hours). Early check in or late check out will be considered subject to space availability.
