Lanta All Seasons Beach Resort is the three stars resort situated on the private beach of Klong Dao Beach, Offers 38 Guest-Rooms all comfortably furnished and located in the hotel facing to the Andaman Sea. The resort provides a great variety of rooms.

There are many activities that can be enjoyed at this wonderful coastal province, such as Canoeing & Kayaking, Diving & Snorkeling, Rock Climbing, Game-fishing, Emerald Pool, Thai Boxing, Cookery Courses, Thai Massage Elephant Trekking and others.

1. All the above room rates are net and are in Thai Baht per room per night. A minimum of 3 nights stay is require for peak season 20 December 2012 - 15 January 2013

2. Extra person charge will apply for the 3rd persons sharing room inclusive of extra bed and American breakfast.
3. Meal Rates :
- ABF : Adult 300 THB, Child 150 THB
- Lunch : Adult 400 THB, Child 200 THB
- Dinner : Adult 500 THB, Child 250 THB
4. Family Plan :
- No charge for 1st children 3-11 years old sharing existing bed with parent, except American breakfast of Baht 200 per day.
- Children under 3 years old sharing existing bed with parents is free of charge.

* Maximum occupany 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children 3-11 years old in each room type.

5. Airport Transfer Service From/ To Resort:

- Private By Minivan (Maximum 6 Pax) : 2,500 THB.

- Private By Minivan (Maximum 10 Pax) : 3,000 THB.

* Early Check-out: Unused room night are not refundable for early of departure unless notice is given to the Resort at least 72 hours prior to arrival. Extensions of stay are subject to space and rate availability.

6. Check-in time: It is 14.00 hours, an overnight rate will be charged to guarantee check-in before 14.00 hours.

7. Check-out time: It is 12 noon on the day of departure. Late check out is subject to availability on the day of check-out and the following charge maybe applied: prior to 18.00 hours - 50% room rates and thereafter a full nightly charge.
