Jubilee Pool Villa Pattaya Spacious villa 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, one kitchen, one living room European-style parking available. This villa has air condition making guests feel comfortable in doing things within the specious fully equipped kitchen with a stove, grill wifi outside the house with a swimming pool fitted with a lounge by the pool. With a small garden Finkelstein makes the atmosphere even more. Can accommodate 12 guests for relaxing.

Security deposit: A refundable security deposit of THB 5,000 will be required in cash on arrival please and refunded on departure less any charges that may occur!

Villa will add a surcharge of 500-1,000 THB if dirty washing up is left at the time of departure. This will be deducted from the refundable security deposit.

Smoking inside villa is not allowed. Fine 10,000.00 THB will be charged

No pets are allowed into the properties. A fee of 10,000 Baht for professional deep cleaning will be Charged to the guest should any pets, or evidence of any pets be found in the property

(Electricity is free up to 60 units per day over this a charge of 10 baht per unit is made! Please save power and switch your air-conditioning off when not in use.)

บ้านสวย สระว่ายน้ำใหญ่ ภายในบ้านสะอาด เดินทางสะดวก แต่บ้านหลัง 4 ทุ่มต้องงดเสียงลงหน่อยค่ะ อย่างื่นโอเคหมดค่ะ

ประทับใจกันทุกคนคะ เพราะ บ้านถือว่าใหม่มาก เมื่อเทียบกับหลังอื่นที่เคยพักมา ชอบหมดเลย การตกแต่งภายในบ้าน อุปกรณ์ทำครัวก็ครบ เตาปิ้งย่าง ที่สำคัญ สระว่ายน้ำใหญ่กว่าที่คิดคะ

ชอบมากครับ ปกติผมเที่ยวบ้านพักพัทยาบ่อย แต่ที่นี้เด่นตรงสระไหว้น้ำ ใหญ่กว่าทุกที่ ที่เคยพักมา ประทับใจ เดินไป ร้านสะดวกซื้อก็พอสมควร แต่เทียบแล้วกลับหลังอื่นๆที่เคยพัก ถือว่าที่นี้ดีครับ ประทับใจ
