Jomtien Summertime Villa A is situaten on Jomtien 2nd Road, Nongprue, Banglamung, Jomtien Beach. you can visit Pattaya Beach Road or several shopping centers such as Central Festival, Big C and Tesco Lotus within a 10-minute. Golf courses such as Phoenix GC and Siam Country Club are a 20-minute drive away.

Jomtien Summertime Villa is villa for rentals, and Jomtien Beach, just 1km from the villa and with a host of international restaurants and entertainment zones also a little over 1km from the villa, you have lots of choices.

There are 4 bedroom and 3 bathroom. The downstairs bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe facilities, air-conditioning, a flat-screen TV and access to a bathroom next door. And 4 bedrooms are upstairs, bedrooms have double beds, wardrobes, 32 inch flat-screen TVs, wooden floors and air-conditioning. One of the upstairs bedrooms are ensuite bathroom, while the other two share one ensuite bathroom through connecting door.

The kitchen built with high European standards and coming with appliances are an oven, kettle, toaster, rice cooker, 2-ring electric hob, a microwave and a large fridge freezer.

The living area can see the garden views and swimming pool. With a 7 seats settee, a coffee table and a flat-screen TV and international cable channels the lounge is the place for relax.

The dining area is next to the lounge with 6 seats dining table and second dining terrace comes with 6 seats table, a fan and a gas BBQ. This is a great option for fresco dining in the evening at poolside.

Beds

There are four double bedrooms in total; one on the ground floor and the remaining three upstairs. The downstairs bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe facilities, air-conditioning, a flat-screen TV and access to a bathroom next door. All the upstairs bedrooms have double beds, wardrobes, 32 inch flat-screen TVs, wooden floors and air-conditioning. One of the upstairs bedrooms has its own ensuite bathroom, while the other two share one ensuite bathroom through connecting doors.

Baths

There are three bathrooms in total, two upstairs and one downstairs. The downstairs bathroom can be accessed from anywhere on the ground floor and has a toilet, wash basin and shower. The first upstairs bathroom is ensuite and also has a toilet, wash basin and a bathtub where you can also have a stand-up shower. The third bathroom is ensuite for the two remaining bedrooms accessed by two connecting doors, and comes equipped with a toilet, shower and wash basin.

Kitchen

The kitchen is part of the ground floor living space, built to high European standards and coming equipped with appliances that include an oven, kettle, toaster, rice cooker, 2-ring electric hob, a microwave and a large fridge freezer. There is also a separate Thai style kitchen where you will find a sink.

Living Rooms

The living area is positioned so you can enjoy views looking out towards the garden and swimming pool. With a 7-seat settee, a coffee table and a flat-screen TV with international cable channels, the lounge is the place to relax after a long day touring around the region.

Dining Room

The dining area is next to the lounge and has a 6-seat dining table. Alternatively, on the covered terrace you will find another 6-seat table, a fan and a gas BBQ. This is a great option for al fresco dining in the evenings at poolside.

ไปกับเพื่อน ๆ สนุกมาก สระว่ายน้ำกว้าง สะดวกสบายทุกอย่าง ราคาถือว่าถูกมากครับถ้าเทียบกับบ้านพักทีอื่นที่มีสระส่วนตัว คราวหน้าก็จะพักที่นี่อีก
