Haadyao Bayview Resort is a 3-star beachside bungalow resort, located on Long Bay beach (locally called Haad Yao beach). You will take about 15 minutes' drive to the main ferry pier - Thongsala and 30 minutes to Haad Rin - Famous Fullmoon Party.

Haad Yao is gaining more popularity as its beautiful 1-km length with a sunset view, perfect ideal for many water sport activities like swimming, kayaking, beach soccer and sun bathing.

This resort offers a budget fan bungalow to superb beachfront villas. In-room amenities consist of either fan or air-conditooner, TV, fridge and ensuite bathroom with hot/cold shower and western toilet.

Facilities in the resort include swimming pool, meeting room, spa, masage, bicycle rental, room serivce, front desk, luaggage deposit, currency exchange, and on-site seafood restaurant. Free wifi is also available in the resort's area.

• Any room if required Jacuzzi during high and low season, have to pay extra 800 baht per night, and 1,000 baht per night during Peak season.

• Children's Policy: Children under 12 years of age can stay free when sharing a room with their parents and utilizing existing bedding without an extra bed, but a maximum of 1 child per room and no meals included.

• Baby cot cost 400 THB per night for children between 1-3 years of age.

• Transfer: to/from resort 150 Bath per way. ( ***required to be inform guest arrival detail to the resort at least 1 day before arrival date.)

• Minimum Stay:

* 3 Nights for any reservation during full moon period.

* 5 Nights for any reservation during Christmas and New Year period.

• Guest Privileges: Complimentary wireless Internet access in all guest rooms, During (07.30 am - 10.30pm).

Welcome drink on arrival.

• Meals: Compulsory Christmas Eve Dinner on 24 December and

Compulsory New Year Dinner on 31st December

1,500 THB per person per meal for Adult for 12 + years of age.

750 THB per person for children 4-12 years of age.

• Breakfast: (During 8.00 - 10.00 am)

200 THB per person per meal for Adult for 12 + years of age.

100 THB per person per meal for Children 4 -12 years of age.

*** All children's under the age of 4 are free of charge for all contracted meal arrangements.

Arrival and departure procedure:

Check in time is 13.00 hrs n check out time is 11.00 hrs. The resort will do its best to have rooms available for early arrivals when notified but this not guaranteed. Room occupied beyond 16.00 hrs will be charged at the full night contract rate, unless otherwise specified by the resort written.
