1. Room rates are on per room per night basis.

2. Breakfast is included in room rate for all room categories, subject to room type configuration. Free breakfast for up to 2 adults and 2 children (under 12 years of age) per room.

3. For Club room types, Club benefits are included (maximum 2 persons per room).

4. Complimentary room stay for children under 12 years of age (maximum 2) sharing parents' room and bedding. Extra bed/sofa bed will be chargeable.

5. We reserved the right to change these prices, product details, all terms and conditions at anytime without prior notice.

6. Check-in time is 2 p.m. and overnight rate will be charged to guarantee check-in before 2 p.m. Check-out time is 12 noon on the day of departure. Late check out is subjected to availability and will be charged at 50% of room rate if check-out prior to 6 p.m. and full overnight rate if after 6 p.m.

7. Compulsory New Year Eve Gala Dinner 31 Dec 16 : 5,000 Bht/adult & 2,500 Bht/child.

8. Airport transfer

9. Honeymoon and Anniversary
The following benefits apply to all over guests celebrating their Honeymoon or Anniversary.
Anniversaries celebrated are 1, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 50 upwards.
Unless otherwise approved, Honeymoons must be conducted within the year of wedding or within 3 months of Wedding date. (e.g. married 30 April eligible no later
than 31 July)
Wedding Certificate or Copy must be presented if requested by property.
Minimum 3 nights stay to receive :-
Welcome fruits, flowers and Sparkling Wine on arrival plus
Special offers: Book 60 days prior to arrival date to receive guaranteed room upgrade from Deluxe (cat.1) to Deluxe Suite 1 Bedroom (cat.3), subject to availability
at time of booking.

10. Family Plan
Applicable all year round
Up to 2 children under 12 years of age on check-in stay free on a bed and breakfast basis when sharing existing bedding.( Existing bedding means either rooms
with a sofa bed, 3rd bed, Centara double double guest room or sharing bed with parents ).
It is a requirement to book a particular guest room that provides the bedding required for family plan stay, please visit our Happy Family guide for full descriptions.
When an extra bed is brought into the guest room, the applicable extra bed charges shown in this contract will always apply.
For free nights, children will stay free whether using existing bedding or extra bed as extra bed charges are only applicable for paid nights.
Where club rooms are selected, the applicable child rate for club access is payable as a supplement for both paid and free nights.

11 .. Daily complimentary admission to Splash Jungle Waterpark to all guests per room per stay (children sharing with parents under 12 years also benefit from
complimentary admission).

12. Minimum night stay requirement
A minimum of 5 nights consecutive stay is required for any reservation between Dec 28th - Jan 05th with no check out allowed on Dec 30th and 31st and
Compulsory New Year Eve Gala Dinner on Dec 31st.
