This property is 6 minutes walk from the beach. Enjoying beautiful views of the ocean, Centara Villas Phuket is located in Karon Beach. It also features a two-tiered outdoor pool with a waterfall.

The villas at Centara Phuket face the sea and are surrounded by greenery. Fitted with wooden flooring and furnishings, each villa has satellite TV, a safety deposit box, and a minibar fridge. Bathrooms have a bathtub and shower.

Guests can have a relaxing massage at Centara Spa, or join a Thai cooking class. The resort offers the convenience of a 24-hour reception, a tour desk, and a business centre. A drop-off shuttle to Karon and Patong are also available for an additional charge.

Buffet breakfast is served at the resort. Overlooking the Andaman Sea, The Cliff Restaurant features Asian and Mediterranean dishes. Thai and international dishes are offered at The Bayview Restaurant & Bar. The open-air Cliff Bar is great for sipping cocktails while enjoying sunset views.

8. Check-in time is 2 p.m. and overnight rate will be charged to guarantee check-in before 2 p.m.

9. Check-out time is 12 noon on the day of departure. Late check out is subjected to availability and will be charged at 50% of room rate if check-out prior to 6 p.m. and full overnight rate if after 6 p.m.

10. Airport transfer : 1,200.00(Max. 3 persons/car/way), 1,600.00(Max. 7 persons/van/way)

11. Honeymoon and Anniversary
The following benefits apply to all over guests celebrating their Honeymoon or Anniversary.
Anniversaries celebrated are 1, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 50 upwards.
Unless otherwise approved, Honeymoons must be conducted within the year of wedding or within 3 months of Wedding date. (e.g. married 30 November eligible no
later than 28 February)
Wedding Certificate or Copy must be presented if requested by property.

12. Family Plan
Applicable all year round
Up to 2 children under 12 years of age on check-in stay free on a bed and breakfast basis when sharing existing bedding.( Existing bedding means either rooms
with a sofa bed, 3rd bed, Centara double double guest room or sharing bed with parents ).

When an extra bed is brought into the guest room, the applicable extra bed charges shown in this contract will always apply.
Children will stay free on both paid night and free night when using existing bedding.

13. Minimum night stay requirement
A minimum of 5 nights consecutive stay is required for any reservation between Dec 28th - Jan 05th with no check out allowed on Dec 30th and 31st and
Compulsory New Year Eve Party on Dec 31st.
