3. Minimum 6 nights stay for 24 Dec 2013 - 07 Jan 2014.

4. All booking stay on 31 Dec 2012, surcharge at 1,500 THB per person net for adult and THB 800 per child net for child.

5. Children under 4 years of age will not be charged for sharing bed. additional charge for child breakfast at 275 Baht per child.

6. Transfer Rates:

- 1,600 Baht/Trip by Van (Maximum 8 persons)
- 1,000 Baht/Trip by private car (Maximum 3 persons)

7. Special Benefit:

- Once daily replenished mini bar free of charge.
- Complimentary Wireless internet access in guest room and throughout the hotel.
- Paradise Beach: Private Beach with Burasari Umbrellas/Chairs/Towels/Thai lunch/R/T transportation for 850 Baht/Person.

8. Period of occupancy : Confirmed accommodations will usually be available of occupancy after 2.00 pm. on the day of arrival. Check out time is 12.00 noon. Accommodations used from 12.00 noon to 6.00 pm. on the day of departure will be charged at 50% of the rate. Accommodations occupied beyond 6.00 pm. will be charged at the full rate.
