Baan Kinaree Jomtien beach is just a fifteen minute from attractions in the area are Silverlake Vineyards, Underwater World, the Floating Market, Alangkarn Theatre and the Big Buddha are all close by and there are many Thai and International restaurants and Walking Street.

The bedrooms all have air-conditioning as well as either king or queen size beds with high quality bedding, pillows and linens. The artistic theme of the living room extends to each room. The walls are adorned with Thai artwork and there are stunning wood wardrobes and dressers provided for extra comfort.

All of the five ensuite bathrooms are very modern. Each room has a spacious glass shower stall with an extra-large shower head. All bathrooms also contain high style wash basins and western toilets.

The Kitchen is The white composite counters complement the dark wooden cabinetry. Utensils are provided and all of the appliances are stainless steel. Included with the kitchen is a refrigerator freezer, oven, microwave and dishwasher. The banquet style teak dining table has ten chairs. With decorator dishes, glassware and cutlery.

In the large double living room, there are two lounge areas. One section has Water Hyacinth sofas and chairs with soft cushions and glass top table. The other area has three sofas and a 49 inch LCD HDTV with surround sound and both cable and satellite connections.

These spacious villas come with a daily maid service, all towels and linen are provided - but please bring your own beach towels or purchase locally. A local laundry service is also available close-by and very cheap.

ตัวบ้านดูดีครับ เหมาะสมกับราคาที่จอง ตัวบ้านสะอาดครับ สระว่ายน้ำสะอาดก็โอครครับ

จองบ้านค่อนข้างยากเหมือนกัน แต่พอถึงที่พักก็โอเคมากค่ะ สระว่ายน้ำกว้างดี เด็กๆชอบ ส่วนในตัวบ้านก็สะอาด มี 5 ห้องนอน ที่สำคัญมีเครื่องอำนวยความสะดวกครบค่ะ เตาปิ้งย่าง ราคาก็ถือว่าโอเค สำหรับการมาพักผ่อนค่ะ
