Baan Habeebee is designed as a wooden Thai Lanna style, which consists of 4 room types: Superior Bungalow, Deluxe Bungalow, 2 Bedrooms Family Bungalow with Bathtub and Villa with Private Pool. All room types are surrounded by lush green garden and pool views.

In each room features Tea/Coffee Maker, Minibar, Safety Deposit Box, TV, Air conditioning, Hairdryer, Balcony, Refrigerator, Seating Area, Free toiletries, CD /DVD Player, cable/satellite TV, kettle, Terrace, Clothes rack and Toilet paper . Moreover, There is BBQ facilities for free. Baan Habeebee offers a full range of services to ensure that guests are able to relax. 1. Rates are inclusive of Continental Breakfast.

2. Extra Beds : 1,000 Baht included ABF.

3. Meal Rate: 250 Bht/adult, 150 Bht for child 9-12 years.

4. Airport Transfer Rate: Private Van/Way

- Phuket Airport to Resort : 2,200 Bht

- Krabi Airport to Resort : 500 Bht

- Surathani Airport to Resort : 3,300 Bht

5. Child age of 0-8 years free of charge without mattress, Child 9-12 years will be charged 350 bht/person include Mattress + ABF for all season.

6.Please note we do not provide an extra bed, we provide mattress.

7. Room Occupany :

- Confirmed rooms shall be available of occupancy after 13.00 noon on the arrival and check out time at 12.00 noon. Rooms used from 12.00 noon to 06.00 p.m. on the departure day will be charged at 50% of the rate and if beyond that will be charged as an overnight full rate unless specified otherwise in writing by Resort.
