1. The above prevailing room rates are per room per night in Thai Baht currency, inclusive of Breakfast.

2. An extra bed is complimentary for child under 12 years old sharing with adults per unit and does not include breakfast.

4. Extra Bed : THB 9,300 net inclusive of one breakfast and the extra bed is able to set up in the Pool Villa Only.

- HKT Airport with Fast Track Service : BENZ (max 2 persons), 6,500 THB per trip. FORTUNER SUV (max 3 persons), 6,350 THB per trip. TOYOTA VAN (max 4 persons), 8,550 THB per trip.

- Extra Fast Track per person : 1,400 THB

- Fast Track Service is available upon request and inclusive for international arrivals only.

7. Meal Rates :

- Breakfast in hotel restaurant : 1,100 THB

- Room Service Breakfast : 1,200 THB

- Set Thai Lunch (4 courses) : 1,300 THB

- Set Thai Dinner (5 courses) : 2,200 THB

8. Child Policy :

- Complimentary extra bed for one child below 12 years when sharing a suite with adults excluding breakfast. An extra bed for child can be set up on request only and subject to availability.

- A complimentary baby cot can be provided on request.

- 50% discount on meal rate for child under 12 years of age and free breakfast for child under 5 years.

9. Check in / Check out time

- The hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs, check-out time is 12:00 hrs. Requests for early check-in will be subject to availability, however, to guarantee early check-in, the room must be reserved for the night prior to the guest’s arrival and may be charged equivalent to a day rate. Requests for late check-out are subject to availability on the

date of departure. Late check out until 18:00 hrs shall incur 50% of rack rate charge and 100% of rack rate for late check out beyond 18:00 hrs.
