Remark :
1) Peak Season surcharge of Baht 1,200.- net/room/night on Chinese New Year : February 08-12, 2013 and Songkarn Holidays: April 12-16, 2013
2) Minimum 4 nights stay during 20 December 2012 - 10 January 2013 is required as well as hotel reserves the right to rufuse the reservation even
inside allotment which check out on 31 December.
3) Minimum 3 nights stay on Songkran Festival date : on 12,13,14,15,16 April 2013.
4) Minimum 2 nights stay on Thailand Long Weekend.

- Roundtrip Hotel Shuttle Speed Boat transfer from/to Koh Samet; leaving on time as per below schedule;
- From Seree Banphe Pier to Resort : 11:00, 13:30 and 16:00 hrs.
- From Resort to Seree Banphe Pier : 10:00, 12:30 and 15:00 hrs.
Note : Private Speedboat (if required) chargeable at THB 2,000.-/boat/way (max 6 pax) and THB 4,000.-/boat/way (max 25 pax)

Child Policy:
- One child under 4 years old, accompany the same room with parents without extra bed is complimentary on ABF. Other meals
to be charged at 50% off adult contract meal rates
- One child 4 - 12 years old, accompany the same room with parents without extra bed is free of charge on room only basis.
All meals to be charged at 50% off adult contract meal rates applied for child who join bed with parent.
Child admission Fee (Thai@THB 20, Foreign@THB100) and shuttle boat fee at THB 150.-net/child/roundtrip is applied for child.
- Second child under 12 years old, accompany the same room with parents will be charged at one adult extra bed and other meals to be charged
at 50% off adult contract meal rates

Reservation Policy:
- The confirmation, amendment and cancellation must be in writing and will then be acknowledged by hotel staff in writing.
- Room will only be held until 16:00 hrs. on the day of arrival unless guaranteed.
- Check-in time is 14.00 hrs., and Check-out time is 12.00 hrs. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged to suit guest's transfer
schedules, but will depend on availability. It is therefore suggested that guests arriving very early morning should reserve and pay the room
one night before and guests requiring to leave very late afternoon or early evening should reserve the room for the extra night.
