• The Rates are net in Thai Baht and included of ABF, Service Charge 10%, VAT 7%, and Daily Breakfast buffet.
• Family Plan : Children height lower 120 cm. sharing accommodation with parents in existing bedding are free of charge
  If height than 120 cm. charge for extra person.
  Breakfast for children height between 80-120 cm. will be charge 75 baht/person.
• Check-in time: 14.00 hours
  Check-out time: 12.00 hours
  Late Check out:
Before 18.00. will be charge 50% of contract rate, After that will be charge 1 Day
• Full prepayment prior to arrival date. Visa/master card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
• Cancellation and No Show Policy
  Cancellation & No Show Charges:
  1. Cancellation must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement before specified date of each season :
  * Peak Season : 30 days prior to the arrival date, Subject to 100% for late Cancellation Fee.
  * High Season : 15 days prior to the arrival date, Subject to 30% for late Cancellation Fee.
  * Nolmal Season : 7 days prior to the arrival date, Subject to 10% for late Cancellation Fee.
  
  2. If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
  3. For any Cancellation / Amendment , 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.
  No show: total payment will be charged.
