  • All rates are in Thai Baht inclusive of 10% service charge and government tax.and rates will be based on the occupation of maximum 2 persons.

  • All room rates are include breakfast. Adult & Child over 12 years charge 220 Baht.

  • Children ago 4-12 years old breakfast charge 110 Baht.

  • Children ago under 4 years old will receive complimentary breakfast free of charge.

  • Check In - Check Out:
         Check in time is after 14:00 hrs and Check Out time is 12:00 hrs.

  • Full prepayment prior to arrival date. Visa/master card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.

  • Cancellation & No Show Charges:

  • - All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within 31 days prior to arrival date.  Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate per room up to total payment.

  • No show: total payment will be charged.

  • If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).

  • For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of payment through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.

  • No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to arrive).
