Room rate are including breakfast tax and service charge. and applicable for Mice market and not applicable for Thai citizen.

Extra bed: will be charged 500 Baht/ per room/ per night/ including ABF.

Family Plan: Child under 12 years old sharing the same room with parent (maximum 2 children with no extra bed) is FOC.
- However, child over 2 years old will be charged at half price for breakfast and child over 12 years old will be charged as an adult.

Room Assign: Run of house.

Meal Rates:
- Breakfast 250 Baht.
- Lunch 450 Baht.
- Dinner 650 Baht.

Child Meal Policy: Children are defined as 12 years old and under, there will be a 50% discount from adult rate. Children 2 years old and under are FOC.

Cancellation Policy: Any cancellation must be made in written notice or email to us within 30 days prior to arrival date, cancellation after that is non refundable.

No Show: Full Charge.
