Remark:

• All rates are quoted in Thai Baht, inclusive of 10% Service charged, 7% VAT and daily breakfast buffet.
• Extra bed charge at 800 THB net.
• Complimentary usage of swimming pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna on the roof top garden in Balinese Style.
• Complimentary usage of Fitness Center.
• Children sharing accommodation with parents in existing bedding are free of charge. Breakfast is not included for children-50% discount for breakfast will be granted to children age between 3-12 years old only.
• Infant (under 3 years old), 1 baby cot-free of charge.
• Meals Prices:
  American Breakfast       : 280 THB net per person
  Set Lunch of Buffet        : 350 THB net per person.
  Set Dinner of Buffet       : 450 THB net per person.
• Cancellation and NO SHOW charges:
  - All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within 22 days prior to arrival date.  Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate per room.
  - If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
  - For any Cancellation / Amendment , 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.
  - No show: total payment will be charged.

• Full prepayment. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
