Remark:

	All above room rates are quoted in Thai Baht inclusive of service charge, VAT, and BF and per room per night.
	Reservation Conditions (Peak Season)     - Minimum length of stay         5 consecutive nights for Asian Market         7 consecutive nights for other Market     - There is no refund for any under stays.
	Honeymoon offers : (min stay 7 nights) - king size bed - fruit and flower basket in room - a bottle of house wine - bed decoration or arrival date - 20% discount of spa.
	Compulsory Gala Dinner: - X'mas Eve 24 Dec 11 : 2,500 THB/ adult and 1,500 THB/child 03-12 Years. - New Year Eve 31 Dec 11 : 4,000 THB/ adult and 2,500 THB/child 03-12 Years.
	Meal Rates: Breakfast : 400 THB/adult and 200 THB/child 03-12 years Thai Set Lunch : 450 THB/adult and 225 THB/child 03-12 years Thai Set Dinner : 500 THB/adult and 250 THB/child 03-12 years Western Set Dinner: 600 THB/adult and 300 THB/child 03-12 years Inter Buffet Dinner : 550 THB/adult and 225 THB/child 03-12 years
	Confirmed accommodations will usually be available of occupancy after 2:00 pm on the day of arrival. Check-out time is 12:00 noon. Accommodations used from 12:00 noon to 6:00 pm on the day of departure will be charged at 50% of the rate, after 6:00 p.m. will be charged at the full rate.
	Family Plan:  No charge will be applied for children of 12 years or under, sharing parents' room utilizing existing bedding, with maximum two(2) children per room. If additional bed is required, the extra bed charge will be applied.

Cancellation and No show Policy:  All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within     - 10 days prior to arrival date for Low Season. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate per room and meal of the first day.     - 26 days prior to arrival date for High Season. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least 50% of the entire room rate per room and meal of the first day.     - 37 days prior to arrival date for Peak Season. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge 100% of the entire room rate per room and meal of the first day. No Show:    - One night room rate and meal of the first day will be charged for Low Season.    - 50% of the entire value of room night reserved and meal of the first day will be charged for High Season.    - 100% of the entire value of room night reserved and meal of the first day will be charged for Peak Season.

Early Check-out Policy:  For guest(s) check out earlier from original booking, we reserves the right to charge for actual total nights stay plus one night extra night.

Full prepayment within 35 days prior to arrival date. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
