Facilities
The Chedi's 120-square metre meeting
room features floor-to-ceiling windows with spectacular views across
scenic Pansea Bay. Catering for up to 30 people depending on the
configuration, the room can be set up for theatre-style or boardroom-style
meetings. The resort has full conference and banqueting facilities,
and sophisticated audio/visual equipment for presentations is
available on request.

Cancellation/Amendment Policies: Any
cancellation/amendment must be made in written notice or email to us
with our acknowledgement before arrival date within: - 50
days
for Peak Season (December 24 to January
10) and Lunar New Year only.
- 10 days for Low
& High Season. Failure to do so, we
reserve a right to charge full prepayment for peak seasonand 1-night room rate for low and high
season.
No
Show Policy: Full Charge
2) For bookings made with
us throughout the period of 24th December
to 10th January, we requires a definite flight arrival number and
also flight confirmation number/code. We fully reserves the right
to refuse or cancel any bookings, that do not confirm with this procedure.
