Room Type + ABF

Remarks:

• The above rates are Thai Baht inclusive of ABF, 10% service charge and applicable government tax.

• The rates for "Superior Family" (Three single and a sofa bed) are quoted for 3 pax).
  For the extra forth person sharing the same room, a breakfast is compulsory.

• Honeymoon benefits-all season:
  - welcome fruit basket
  - special honeymoon floral arrangements in room upon arrival
  - Romantic candlelight dinner for 2 persons (min 7 nights of stay, drinks not included).

• Check-in out Time:
  Checin time is 14.00 hrs and check-out time is 12.00 hrs
  Late check-out to 18.00 hrs, 50% charge of room rate;
  Check-out after 18.00 hrs, 100% charge of room rate.

• Payment Policy:
  Full prepayment 7 days prior to arrival date for normal period and 20 days for 20 Dec  - 20 Jan .
  a minimum 50% deposit is required for high season: Nov-Mar
  full prepayment within 31 days prior to arrival date for peak season: 20 Dec - 10 Jan, together flight details.

• Cancellation/No Show:
  any cancellation must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within the specified period.
  - peak season: within 50-17 days prior to arrival date, a cancellation fee is 50% of the entire payment. Within 17 days, 100% of the entire payment is charged;
  - high season: within 35 days prior to arrival date, otherwise 2-night room rate is charged;
  - low season: within 15 days prior to arrival date, otherwise 1-night room rate is charged.
  - No show: total payment is charged.

• Payment by visa/master card is accepted with 3.5% service charge.
