policy: - Late check-out is subjected to room

Cancellation &
No Show Charges: - Any cancellation must be made in
written notice or email to us with our
acknowledgement within the specified period. In
case of failure to notice, there is a charge.
- High season 1 Nov - 18 Dec, 11 Jan - 18 Apr:
If notification of cancellation is received less
than 26 days: 50% charge, 12 days = 100%
charge. - Peak season
19 Dec - 10 Jan: If notification of
cancellation is received less than 30 days: 100%
charge. - Green season 19 Apr - 31 Oct : If
notification of cancellation is received less
than 10 days: 50% charge.
No show: total payment will be charged.
If you wish to cancel your booking before the
cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation
fee at 7% of total amount (if 7% is less than
1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to
1000 THB).
For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service
fee of payment through credit card is
non-refundable in all cases. No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show”
(failure to arrive).
