Remark:

above rates are in Thai Baht, per room, per night,
inclusive of Breakfast, Service charge and Taxes.

Peak Season 21 Dec - 10 Jan, a minimum stay 7 nights per
room booking is required.

Policy:
* A child (0-11 yrs) can stay free of charge if sharing
the parent's bed, base on room only. Breakfast will be
charge extra at 200 THB include tax and service charge.
* Infant 0-2 years breakfast are free of charge.
* Maximum 1 child (0-11 Years old) sharing with their
parents are allowed in the villas type only. Double Pool
Villa Is Maximum at 2 children.
* Child 12 years old and above the extra bed will be
charged @ 1,200 THB net inclusive breakfast.
Maximum 1extra bed per villa . Double Pool Villa Is Maximum
at 2 extra bed.
Breakfast for extra person is 250 Baht inclusive tax and
service charge.
Check in
time is 14:00 hours.
Check out time is 12 Noon on the day of departure.
Late check out is subject to availability on the day of
check out and the following charged may be applied -
prior to 18:00 hours - 50% room rates and thereafter a
full nightly charge.
* Unused room nights are not refundable for early
departure unless notice is given to the resort at least
72 hours prior to arrival.
Cancellation and No show Policy :
- All cancellation or amendment must be made inwritten
notice
or email with ouracknowledgement
within 45 days prior to
arrival date. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge up
to total payment.
- If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due
date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7% is less
than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).
- For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of payment
through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.
No show: total payment will be charged.
Reservation Policy:
Booking requires 50% deposit upon booking date.
Payment Policy:
Full
prepayment :Visa/master Card is accepted without any 3.5% service charge. Without credit
card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
