Remarks:

	All the above rates are inclusive of ABF, and 10% Service Charge plus government tax. Rates are in THAI BAHT and subject to change without prior notice.
	Family Plan: No charge for infants, children from 4-12 years old sharing room with parents will be charged 150 Bht/child for breakfast. All extra bed is inclusive of ABF.
	Compulsory Gala Dinner -X'mas Eve 24/12/08 -New Year's Eve Dinner 31/12/08  Adult 1,500 Baht  Child   750 Baht
	Extra bed for child ages under 12 sharing a room with adults free of charge , baby cot available on request.
	In case of early check out or shortening of stay, no refund will be made.
	Check-in time is 12:00 noon, Check out time is 12:00 noon on the day of departures. Late check out is subjected to availability and will be charged at 50% room rate if check out prior to 6:00 pm. at full.
	Transfer: - Free shuttle transfer from Airport to hotel on arrival date. - Departure day from hotel to airport will be charge 600 Bht/person. - Free transfer from hotel to the beach whole day.
	Full Prepayment before arrival.

Cancellation & No Show Charges:

	Cancellation must be made within 25 days prior to arrival date, otherwise the first night rate of the period will be charged. For 20 Dec - 20 Jan, all cancellation will be charged 100% of total booking amount.
	In case of no show, total payment is charged.

Reservation Policy:

Full prepayment  prior to arrival date within 17 days for low season, 31 days for high season and 40 days for peak season. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge.
