Our bungalows are located directly at one of the most beautiful
beaches of Koh Phangan (and probably also at the most beautiful part of
it ). Haad Yao with its wide cover is flanked by steep rocky peninsulas
surrounding nearly one kilometer of white powderlike sand. The beach is
wide enough to enjoy all kinds of sport activities in front of great
sunset views, coral reefs and really beautiful vistas.

Cancellation and No
show Policy: All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or
email to us with our acknowledgement within 30 days prior to arrival
date. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night
room rate per room. No show:
total payment will be charged.
Payment
policy: Full prepayment prior to arrival. Without payment, no
booking is confirmed. Master and VISA Card charged
additional 3.5%.
