a cozy, Boutique –style beachfront resort is located on the beautiful,
pristine Mae Nam Beach with stunning views in the direction of the
facing picturesque Koh Phangan. Maenam Beach is one of the best kept
secrets on the island with its nearly 6 km long white, sandy beach. The
waters are calm and crystal clear being protected from the North
Easterly currents by Koh Phangan. Because the sands are golden rather
than white, Meanam is usually much less crowded than Lamai or Chaweng,
and Maenam's area still retain much of the local Thai flavor as well as
being more reasonably priced, or even inexpensive. Great swimming,
snorkeling and fishing. The cool breeze sweeps the beach all day long.

New Lapaz Villa & Resort
is comprised of 47 stylish and spacious Bungalows, none of them further
than 50 meters from the sea. Several different varieties of Bungalows
are available, all clean, comfortable and cozy with private verandas -
featuring hot showers, air-conditioning, mini bars and In-suite safes in
different categories to suit you’re every need.

Cancellation and No show Policy : All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice
or email with our acknowledgement within 30 days prior to arrival
date. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge total payment. No show: total payment will be charged.

charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking
