All the above rates are not inclusive of 7% vat, 10% service charge and Breakfast.
Extra Bed 700 Bht for third persons in one room or Twin Bed. Please, for our Deluxe Room or Beachside Deluxe Room.
Children of age between 6-12 years of age will be charge half price.
Transfer:
 - Private transfer from Thong Sala - Havana Beach Resort is available between 07.00 - 19.00 complimentary for pre booking only.
 - Private transfer from Had Rin - Havana Beach Resort between 07.00 - 19.00 complimentary for pre booking only.

Check-in time is 14:00 Hrs. Check-out time is 12:00 Hrs. For a late check out between 12.00 a.m. to 18:00 hrs. will be charged at 50% of room rate,  for check out after 18:00 hrs. is one full night charge.

Full-prepayment before arrival. Visa and Master is accepted with 3.5% bank charge.



Cancellation & No Show Charges:

 

Cancellation must be made before 12 days prior to arrival date, otherwise a late cancellation fee of 1 night/room will be applied.
Early check out or late arrival is no refund in every case
No show is subject to a fully day rate charge.
