Remark:

• Above rate are inclusive of 10% service charge and 7% prevailing government tax and breakfast.
• Third Person Policy:
  for Deluxe Pool View villa and deluxe Deluxe Garden Villa will be charged at 750 THB for extra and ABF, but for Royal Pool View fifth person will be charged 750 THB for extra bed And ABF.
• Child Policy:
  Child 6 - 12 years sharing the room with parents, charge for breakfast at 125 THB per child per day.

  baby cot for infants charge at 200 THB per day.
• Day Use charge:
  Day use from 12.00 noon to 17.00 hours will be charged at 50% of rate above.
• Meal Plan :
  1. breakfast : 250 THB per adult and 125 THB per child
  2. Set lunch ; 350 THB per adult and 175 THB per child
  3. Set dinner : 500 THB per adult and 250 THB per child.
• Check in time is 2:00 PM, and Check out time is 12:00 Hrs.
• Transfer: Samui Airport to hotel per way per person for adult @ 200 THB and Child 3-12 year 100 THB.
  Free Shuttle bus to our private beach at Maenam round trip 1 times a day from resort at 11.00 am return at 4.00 pm. Beach tower set will provide at front desk.

• Cancellation & No Show Charges:

  	Cancellation must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement before 30 days prior to arrival date, otherwise the 100%t rate of the period will be charged.
  	In case of no show and Early Check out , 100% rate of the period will be charged.

• Reservation Policy:

  Full prepayment within 20 days prior to arrival date.   Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge.
