Baan

Confirmed rooms will be available for occupancy at 3:00 PM on
the day of arrival. Check-out is 12:00 noon. Rooms used from
12:00 noon till 6:00 PM on the day of departure will be charged
at 50% of the rates.
Full-prepayment before arrival. Visa and Master is accepted with
3.5% bank charge.

Cancellation
must be made before 30 days prior to arrival date, otherwise a
late cancellation fee of 1 night/room will be applied.
